You probably have more than one thing on your to-do list. We work in time-blocks so we can focus on getting things done, instead of watching the clock. This keeps pricing simple and expectations clear.
3 hour block – $255
6 hour block – $480

Punchlist Tutorial
Come up with a list of jobs (The Punchlist) and itemize them.
We recommend that you have all of the major materials (light fixtures, photo frames, faucets, etc.)
We will provide the hardware (caulking, fasteners, hanging hardware, etc.)
We work in 3 and 6 hour time blocks. Give an estimate for how long you think the jobs will take, and we will be in touch to discuss what your priorities are.
